Coordinated Entry

Coordinated Entry helps connect households experiencing homelessness to housing programs and other resources.
Complete an assessment
- We ask about your housing situation,needs, and how to contact you.
- Resources are provided as needed.
Stay in Touch
- If your household receives a referral to an opening in a housing program, you will be contacted via the method given at the assessment.
- Your household will stay active on coordinated entry until we cannot reach you for 90 days or more.
- Report any changes to your housing situation or contact information
Important To Know
- Completing an assessment does not guarantee housing.
- Households are prioritized by greatest needs and barriers for housing program openings and are not based on a first-come, first-served basis.
